Delete everything (your account)
In ReelShowrunner, open Account (your picture at the top), choose Delete my account and confirm. A paid plan is cancelled first, so you aren’t charged again. Straight away we delete your profile, posts, comments, notes, transcripts, channel profile, pitches, shot lists, weekly reviews, questions and answers, rough-cut notes, statistics, email choices and connected accounts; the stored copies of your videos, your uploads and all still frames are deleted within minutes. Stripe keeps its invoices for as long as tax law requires. This can’t be undone.
Disconnect Instagram only
In Account, choose Disconnect Instagram. We delete your Instagram login token and the stored copies of your videos, your uploads (retention screenshots and rough cuts) and the still frames straight away. Your notes, channel profile, pitches and statistics stay until you delete your account.
Remove our access from Instagram’s side
In your Instagram or Facebook settings, open the apps and websites connected to your account (business integrations) and remove ReelShowrunner. This stops our access; to delete what we already have, use one of the options above or email us.
Can’t sign in?
Email privacy@reelshowrunner.com from the address you signed up with. We’ll delete your account within one month (usually much sooner) and confirm by email.
